My Approach
I believe that therapy does not need to be one size fits all. The clients I have worked with all vary as individuals; therefore, the treatment methods I utilize will vary. My treatment method is tailored to address each client's unique needs, presenting issues, and reported goals, and strive to meet my clients where they are at.

This type of approach falls into the category of Eclectic Therapy. Eclectic therapy is an integrative and flexible approach to counseling that draws on various therapeutic techniques from different therapeutic modalities. Instead of strictly following one specific theoretical framework, eclectic therapists adjust their interventions to meet unique needs and preferences of each individual client. By combining elements from approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and others, eclectic therapy aims to create a customized and versatile treatment plan.
